About Bianca
I am a proud Kamilaroi woman and the founder and owner of Process Utopia. I am a married mum of 4 children, and a son who was stillborn.
I graduated from Pathways Psychology Institute in 2019 after 2 years of core training in process psychotherapy (equiv to Grad Dip) I also have qualifications in Employment Services.
I have over 10 years experience in Medical Recruitment in the hospital setting.
Having worked in the health industry for the last 10+ years I am particularly interested in providing counselling and coaching services to medical professionals. As a proud Aboriginal woman I also have a strong interest in providing counselling services to the Indigenous community.
My hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to my recent success where I was awarded the AMA NSW Doctor in Training JMO Manager of the year 2019 and 2020 AMA NSW Doctor in Training JMO Unit of the year award.
